What if I am not in when my fuel is due to be delivered?
It’s probably a good idea to arrange to be at home for your first delivery but as long as you tell us where your storage is and know you have the capacity to accommodate the fuel, future orders can be delivered without you being home.

What if I don’t have a bunker or storage?
You will need a coal bunker or some sort of storage for your solid fuel. We offer prepacked coal and ovals, which come in plastic bags, if space is at a premium. We sell coal bunkers, if you should need one and we have many types of log storage for inside the home.
How do I pay for fuel?
You can pay us over the telephone by card, in person in the showroom or fuel depot, or you can pay the driver in cash if you are home when your fuel is delivered.
